Eden REITS is our private real estate fund that supports our developments. Created when we began in 2019.
Eden projects are well funded by both our fund and mainstream banks. This mix minimises leverage and development risks, allowing us to get on with helping families into brand-new homes.
We provide affordable high quality homes enabling people to live better. Through smart investment we deliver higher returns to our investors.
