Framing goes up, up, up.

Following the completion of public drainage at the end December 2021, bulk excavation and site cut began when we returned early this year. A retaining wall and fence along the northern boundary has been constructed bar one short length, which is pending the resize of the neighbour’s fire escape staircase.

By the end February 2022, we expect to have completed the foundation slab for all units except 5&6, due to some minor drainage connection issues. Concrete pour for these units is due early March.

Auckland Construction Group have advised that all major building materials are ready for the construction of our superstructure, which is great news.

‍

Target milestone for the end of this quarter is the completion of first floor framing, with all intertenancy walls constructed. Target completion date for the project is end of December 2022.

3— Block wall and keystone retaining wall constructed.
