About.

By building smart, multi-residential homes in some of Auckland’s favourite suburbs, we’re bringing better living within reach.

We create quality homes in a range of modern urban designs – from terraced townhouses and apartments to spacious standalone abodes.

We focus on Epsom and Takapuna - neighbourhoods that give you access to so many things – including an incredible lifestyle and great schools.

And because we build smart, we can build competitively. Allowing you to step into your dream location sooner.
